The minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola has said he’s taking his time to create some solid structures for the three ministries under him, to enable him deliver to Nigerians just the way he did in Lagos, and even better. Work is ongoing on Lagos-Ibadan expressway and others will follow.
