plays a multi-faceted role as a problem solver, a negotiator and a financial
adviser amongst others.
With the paradigm shift
globally from Litigation to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a means of
resolving disputes, the Lawyer has a duty to equip himself to represent his
client and to secure qualitative, timely and cost effective outcomes in
mediation.
