Comedian Senator & Lolo 1 of Wazobia FM bag endorsement deal with MYADS

The latest mobile application in town “MyAds” a product of SiDon Media Ltd. made for Android devices was launched last Thursday at the Oriental Hotel, Lekki. Mr. Rasheed Olaoluwa the CEO of Bank Of Industry was present at the event and was introduced as the days Guest of honor.

He spoke about the importance of making technology a part of our day-to-day activity in order to achieve maximum results.


The founder Simeon Ononobi speaking on the event’s theme: “Leveraging Mobile Technology in Advertising” also reiterated his long standing belief that, Nigeria’s version of Silicon Valley has the ability to build mobile applications which can compete favorably with the best apps worldwide.

The time then came to unveil MyAds Brand Ambassadors and Celebrities Senator Comedian and Lolo 1 of WazobiaFm were unveiled by the Company’s CEO Madonna Ononobi. She then spoke about the choice of these Celebrities. “They exhibit traits that align with the brands position of hard work, Value Addition, versatility, Innovation and Social responsiveness according to her.

The MyAds mobile app works such that, ads are displayed on an android user’s incoming call screen and answered calls with call durations of 20 seconds or more are rewarded with points. Further interaction with the after call screen gains the user additional points on the same call.

These points when accumulated can be converted to airtime or shared with loved ones. The conversion process is in-app, seamless and immediate.
